I’m Cathy Roddy. I look forward to sharing my story, and I hope you will enjoy getting to know me better.

I began my mortgage career in 2008 as a mortgage agent and obtained my mortgage broker status in 2012. As a property investor myself, I know the challenges and enjoy the process of obtaining the best possible mortgage. I want to help others achieve their goals while ensuring they understand the process from start to finish. 

Since I started my practice, mortgages have evolved, and I soon realized it is essential to stay on your toes to keep up with all the many offerings. Thankfully, I find it enjoyable to be a part of my client’s mortgage journey and thrive on helping them reach their home ownership goals.

As an individual, I believe what sets me apart from others is my honesty, integrity, and knowledge. I attribute my success to the fact I built my business over time with honesty, reliability, and professionalism.

The teachable financial moments and helping people make sound financial decisions have given me immense satisfaction over the years.

During my downtime

When I am not at work, I love to cook, travel and spend time with my husband, children, and grandchildren. My most significant rewards come from teaching my grandchildren about finances, starting from a very young age.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
